Outdoor garden and landscaping lighting fixtures are seeing alot of technology changes. And along with it, a wider range of LED brightness and colors. Solar garden lights used largely amber LEDs for the longest time; dim but complimentary to the greens of garden foliage. Some solar path and walk lights - and certainly multi-bulb LED security lighting solutions are now starting to use multiple bulbs to up the brightness levels. Solar pathway lights are now coming in 2 LED or 3 LED lamp solutions for brighter illumination. And the colors are shifting too - away from amber to brighter 'natural white' and somewhat cooler blue-ish 'Super-Bright' LEDs. Which you prefer is up to your aesthetic. But as you shop for Solar LED landscape lighting solutions - keep these LED color variations in mind as you either mix or match fixtures from various companies to create the kind of outdoor lighting design you're looking for.
